How do I book?

Once you've decided I am the photographer for you, please email me: carlynrosephotography@gmail.com. From there I will send you contracts and booking information.

What happens at the sesssion?

​

We meet at our designated location or meet at a parking place and head there together. As we shoot in the chosen area, I will gently prompt you and guide you to various locations and through multiple poses.

When is the best time for a session?

​

My favourite time to shoot is the 1-hour window prior to sunset. This is called golden-hour, when the light is soft, warm and golden. It creates a natural, dreamy glow, making it perfect for capturing those relaxed, genuine moments. On hour after sunrise also works well for this. However, I work with natural light throughout the day and can create lovely images regardless of timings through the day.

What if it rains?!

 

Living in the North of England, rain is bound to happen. If it rains, we are able to reschedule to a different date. I always check the weather leading up to the session and will be in touch if this is the case. 

 

Do you require a deposit to secure the session?

 

Yes, for all bookings I reqiure a 50% deposit and signing of the contract to secure the booking, and the remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your shoot takes place. 

 

Where will the session take place?

 

I am a natural light photographer so most of my sessions happen in the beautiful outdoors around the Peak District National Park, Greater Manchester, and Southport Beach. I scout locations so I can suggest locations, or I am happy to discuss any ideas with you if you have a location in mind. Newborn sessions can happen in your home; all we need is a big window.

 

When will I receive my gallery? 

 

My turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
